Re: 5.0 version copy and paste (doesn't work)

I have been using vwrsion 4... for the better part of 2 years.

after installing version 5.0..... I can no longer copy (Ctrl+C) or paste (Ctrl+V) from any file that is not open in pspad.

I can select text from anywhere on the web, but pspad refused to paste it in an open file in pspad.

Is there a setting somewhere I need to change or???

I cannot past from pspad to another file as well.

It appears that pspad does not recognize the files in question

I have no report that is impossible copy/paste from naywhere. I didn't met it even I use PSPad every day myself.

PSPad disallow paste in case the file is open as read only. Can you edit your file?

I am using 5.0.1... the latest stable release. I simply downloaded the new version, installed with the exe file and now I cannot use the program at all.

I am going to delete everything and start over.

After removing pspad completely from my pc and re-installing (using the same pspad 501 setup exe file I used to upgrade with, the program is working.

There is most definitely something wrong with the installation when upgrading over the original files.

I am glad to have PsPad back working
