With coming from PsPad 4.6 to PsPad 5.0.0 (277) i encountered display issues
when using with a setup that consists of mixed dpi displays.
Here: one 4K and one Full-HD display.
See screenshots on how it looks like when moving from one monitor to the other.
On the high-dpi one, fonts are too small, when shifting to low-dpi one, fonts are too big.
(Icons are out of order anyway, but this seems to be an already known bug.)
And the font's in the menus will be MUCH too big on the low-dpi display.
I can work around that, by setting the compatibility options for PsPad.EXE
to override for high-dpi settings with selection "System".
Then it looks fine, even when moving from one to the other display, just like it was with 4.6.
(Then, the icons are nice, too!)
So I have a workaround, but I really think that all that behaviour should be reviewed for future versions.
FYI
4K landscape
Full-HD portrait
