Scripts keybinding depend on keyboard locale

Hi Jan,
This is very old bug, but it irritates me everytime.
I have two locale RU and EN on my keyboard. When i start PSPad with RU locale some scripts keybindings doesnt work. I need to switch to EN and press "recompile scripts". Then it works even on RU locale. But i need to do it everytime i start pspad. See the screen before and after i press "recompile" snag.gy
