New behavior of search next/prev. occurrence of word

#1 New behavior of search next/prev. occurrence of word

This is more an undesired (at least by me) new behavior than a bug.

In version 4.6.0 you could double-click a word so that it became selected and the cursor was placed at the end of it. If then in menu "Search"->"Previous Occurrence of Current Word" was used (or respective shortcut), only the cursor moved to beginning of the word.

This was convenient to mark the word as "search target" in one file and then switch to another file to use find next/previous to find the word. Common use case is to mark a function call in one file and find the function definition in another file.

In version 4.6.2 when double-clicking and searching the previous occurrence, the selection really jumps upwards to a previous occurrence of the word or shows a message if there isn't one.

Maybe I'm not the only one who finds this a bit annoying.

Michael
