Paste as HTML

Hello! Thank you for good editor. I use it many years.
Since version 5.x i cant use "Edit - Paste special - Paste as HTML". I copy part of website, and now if i want copy this as HTML it pastes only hieroglyphs in first row image I changed encoding, but it does not help. I use last PSPad build on win10 x64.
