I updated to v5.0b136, and the interface is in Czech. The list of languages is empty despite english.ini being in the "lang" folder.
I reverted to v4.6.2 in the meantime.

Why didn't you copy all subfolders as is written in all developer builds description?
PSPad 5 has language files stored in Language subfolder, not a Lang subfolder and files are stored in UTF-8 encoding.

Oh yeah, sorry about that.
I have for habit to only uncompress the executable and the english.ini, I didn't notice the language folder name changed.
