If there are characters such as Ή (e.g. Ήχος) or Ό (e.g. Όνομα) in text and encoding is ANSI then PSPad saves the file to encode ISO 8859-2 and the above characters are corrupted.

If you open file as ANSI and save it., PSPad will save it as ANSI, not as ISO-8859-2.
When you open your file, check status bar center, you will see used encoding.

Yes, bar shows ISO-8859-2. When I open the file must correct these characters again.
Why this happens to certain characters and not to Ά (Άνοιγμα) or Έ (Έλεγχος)?

OK. Again. When you open your file, what code page is on the center of PSPad status bar?
If you have computer from any big international computer producer with preinstalled OS, maybe problem is there. They use universal image with added locale. I met it several times. To fix this problem is enough to open control panels / regional settings. On the last tab change region for non unicode programs to Englisxh, confirm, reboot (requiered) and as nbext step, change it back to Greek.

If status bar shows you ISO, it's wrong, cause you save it as ISO in the past and PSPad remember it.
Please ensure, that you don't have active Code page auto detection.
Open your file, go to menu format, change code page to ANSI and pres reload (Ctrl+R). PSPad will open it in ANSI code page
