multiline file list in tabs is truncated at the bottom

[running pspad 4.5.9 (2525) on Windows 10]
Weeks/months after I moved from W7 to W10, pspad V459, one day, suddenly showed the last line of my (multiline) file tabs (below the main pspad menu) truncated.
So much as I can't read these tabs anymore. And I didn't find out how to remedy this situation. I tried pspad V4.6.0 , but the problem is still there...
Any clue ?

Your monitor resolution?
Can you try latest build from PSPad developer forum?

Screen resolution is 1920 x 1080.
I tested also with pspad developer build unicode 4.6.1 (2707) EN.
The problem is still there....

I am routinely editing 40 - 50 files at the same time (that makes 3 lines of file tabs), on my lenovo Thinkpad X240, whose LCD display is 12.5", resolution: 1920×1080, PPI of 176.23.
BUT, STRANGELY ENOUGH, the issue disappeared two days ago, after a certain reboot.
Previous reboots did not solve the issue. So, I don't know why the last reboot fixed it.
FYI, I am also connecting from time to time an external HDTV, often for replicating the X240 screen (via the mini-display port and HDMI cable). I don't know whether that matters...

This provblem is often joined with graphic adapter drivers. Maybe your computer updated drivers and problem disappeared
