Just noticed that my PSPad removes the column of pixels from the end of the last character on a line. Easier to explain with an image.
Using the defaults of Courier New at 10px. Doesn't happen with Courier nor Courier Primal but does happen with Source Code Pro font.

Your PSPad version? Do you use current 4.6.0 build?
I suggest consolas font, for me seems much better than the Courier New one.

I updated to latest and it's been fixed. Went through your change logs and nothing ever mentioned about it unless it had something to do with the horizontal line after last character bug.

The vertical line behind last char initiated problem. It was fixed, but reason was missing part of the last char. Finally there were problém in editor component - clearing line before text was drown. Such problém is hard to find.
