When click on subroutine name in code explorer, put sub name in editor window more towards top

When I click a subroutine name in the Code Explorer, currently the subroutine name is vertically centered in the editor window, and I can't see much of the subroutine. I'd like the subroutine name to be 3 lines from the top of the editor window. Can you make an option which says "When click on sub in CE, put sub name n lines from top of editor window"?

Then people can configure where they want the sub name to appear vertically.
