you can no longer copy / paste anything with Ctrl-C / Ctrl-V , but only with TXT-Files ?

You can, but shortcut must be assigned.
Are yiu sure you didn't clear up short cut assigning in the program settings / keymap?
On the same place you can set the default shortcut settings.

Another possibility, why paste isn't available ir file open or set as Read/Only.
You see it in title and youcan change it by clicking on the "lock" button on toolbar or in the menu file

strange: it don't work with *.TXT-files , with *.f -files it works

i've checked the fileatributtes -> it's not R/O

Attribute is initial state only. You can any file lock manually to prevent accidental modification.
Again, state of toolbutton with 'Lock' icon is pressed or not? Or menu File / Read only?

If you enabled save file state options, PSPad remembers this settings.

And oposite, if file has R/O attribute, you can unlock it manually in PSpad and save it. PSpad will remove R/O attribute, save file and set R/O attribute back.
