Repeated crashing

I have been getting repeated crashes for a while but I got it solved as I could delete the warnings, save the file and restart the computer.

Today it got worse because the address violation message continued after the restart, it seemed better if I ran the app from task manager. Eventually got rid of the message.

The crashes occur when I have uncompleted html code. Most of the time I can just type the coding, but the last one happened when I was trying to open href, I got as far as "<a" and it crashed. Other times it has crashed with </br> where I delete the final > and it crashes.

Would welcome help on this as I have many projects setup in psp, and that is why I persevere.
