Another format of block comments

Hello there!

I noticed that the syntax highlighter file for Avisynth is a little outdated now. Not only the set of core keywords, also the structure syntax got developed further in AviSynth+. So I tried to add some elements to the highlighter INI file.

One piece is that it supports block comments, not only EOL comments '#' like in PHP. One supported syntax is C-like '/* */' but there is also an alternative style to allow nesting which lacks support in PSPad because it would need the implementation of a new comment style class: Asterisks in brackets '[* *]'
