Control screen size when opening program?

PsPad is a great program, however, it has one really bad 'habit'. It seems to decide how big it should be when it opens. Starting yesterday, it opens in full screen mode which is super annoying.

Question: Is there some way to either specify the program's size when it opens or to specify that it opens to the size it closed at last the last time it was used?

PSPad remembers last state, if you don't press Remeber window size in the Window menu (or settings menu, i am not sure, cause I am out of computer now).
Set placement and the size and let PSPad remember it.

In Settings->Program (part 2), I checked 'autosave main window position' and that seems to have resolved the issue.

Oddly, I did some searching and found some stuff that suggested checking PsPad.ini. What's so odd is that I was not able to find that file on my computer, but I did find PSPad_MU.ini.

Pspad ini is in the pspad folder in case of portable version.
In case of installed version, pspad.ini is in the %appdata%\pspad folder

In program settings / backup is the path in the bottom part of the screen. You can click the link to open it in Explorer
