Hi,

using PSPad 5.5.1 (825)

This URL (https://www.pspad.com/files/pspad/pspad5_ftp_ssl.zip) leads to a 404 !

ConnectFTP > New Connection > Download SSL/TLS support

OpenSSL libraries are part of PSpad, it means it should be in the PSPad folder already.
But you are right, the link should work - I fixed it.
