Hi,
I have to work in two different environments, one is windows, the other is msdos (vdos).
It would be very helpful if there was a way to add info about the character set of a file when opening pspad with a filename in the command line. Currently, I open a file, change the character set and reload the file. That is somewhat cumbersome...

It's not implemented now, but I will try to do it.
