#1 Turn off asterisk duplication

When a line starts with an asterisk, this asterisk is automatically duplicated into the next line when I hit enter.
Is it possible to turn off this feature?
In pascal "*)" can be used as the end of a comment section. I often use it by itself in a line, to end a comment block. But when I hit enter, the next line starts with an asterisk.
