#1 command line argument to jump to end of file

I see that using /nnn on the command line will open a file and jump to that line (nnn) but I want to go to the end of the file.

I did /1000000 and that works but I'm curious if there is an official way to jump to the end of the file when opening it.

No, there isn't command line parameter to jump end of the file.
Your solution is fine, it will jump to last available line
