Feature request - enable horizontal mouse/touchpad scrolling

Hello Jan,

I frequently use PSPad on my notebook when I'm traveling. I noticed that 2-finger touchpad gestures for horizontal scrolling don't work in the editor window (while working flawlessly for vertical scrolling).

A quick internet search indicates that Delphi doesn't handle the WM_MOUSEHWHEEL message (not to be confused with WM_MOUSEWHEEL).
Not sure if these sources are helpful since I'm not familiar with Delphi.
