Version Update Time

Due to the malicious "y" error, which has not yet been perfectly resolved, I have decided to "update" to a stable version.
And I think the winner is 5.0.0

I'm going to work with it and I hope to forget about the evil "y" and the strange symbols that appear by magic.

PSPad is so excellent that even the version from 10 years ago is perfect today.
