Yellow / green changes indicator - Disable / change?

PSPad 5.0.7 (731) on Windows 11

Is it possible to hide the yellow / green vertical bar to the left of the first text column? Or if not at least change its color to something less noticeable?

I've looked through all the preferences and settings and if it's there, I've overlooked it.

Hello.
I will add option to disable it.

Now that I think about it a little more, just being able to configure the color would be great. It's a useful indicator but IMO just too visually bright being yellow.
