I need a font, but can't find it anywhere. Precise Name:
"GuttmanDVilna" or "GuttmanD Vilna"
It must be an identical name "D" for all characters to be displayed correctly on Windows 10.

Any TTF font contains Hebrew characters.
Can you provide screenshots with wrong presentation of hebrew text with TTF font?

I have tons of Hebrew fonts installed, lots of texts work great, but in this particular case, they don't. Because I don't have this format font. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC detects this as a "GuttmanD Vilna" format font

Problem will be in encoding.
PDF sometimes uses semigraphic instead of chars - basic chars combined with graphics.
When yiu copy it into notepad, you see correctly hebrew text?

If I have the font installed it will display correctly.
I had the same with other fonts, I installed the correct format and everything displayed, so if anyone finds this font on the internet please give a download link.
