Golang syntax highlighting

As far as I can see, there is no Golang syntax highlighting in PHPad. Is is hard to define one, and how to do it?

It's not hard to define syntax if it isn't too exotic and different from everything else.
You need list of keywords
Then open menu settings / user highlighter and create new definition

As last step assign your new definition to free slot in the menu settings / high lighter settings

As I looged in the PSPad user highlighter definitions, there is Google GO language definition
So what you need to do is assign this definition in the Highlighter settings into any free slot. It's all and from this momment PSPad will know GO language
