Hi, Greetings to all forum users
I stopped using Notepad++ (it's however a good editor) because PSPad it's much better for me.
There is a plugin (Save as admin) for Notepad++ that allow you to modify files stored on Windows UAC protected folders because it makes possible the appearing of the UAC prompt when it needs.
It isn't a perfect solution because you can't save new files in protected folders but you can only modify already existing files.
I hope PSPad find a solution for ask UAC permissions when they are needed

Just now PSpad doesn't support this feature. If I need to modify úprotected files, I can always start PSPad as admin. This will elevate rights and you can modify your files.
