I have searched for hours, but cannot seem to find the right answer.
I tried to search and replace (with regular expressions turned on):
to get it on the next. PSPad is busy for a while and then comes up with "Error in search expression".
How do I get "string" to the next line?

Position your cursor in first line first character (Strg+home). In Find&Replace activate regex. Activate "backwards". Search for "string" and replace with "\nstring".
Or use the addon "phreplace". With this you don't need "\n". Simply use an "enter".
