Hello

Check on the status bar, if there is used highlighter for HTML or any web scripting language.
If not, you assign extension to any highlighter what PSpad doesn't recognize as HTML based.
You can anytime change highlighter with tool bat change syntax button or use menu from HTML menu

Hello

Maybe better will be add ASPX as highlighter for <? ?> in program settings / Multihighlighter. This will embed your scripts in HTML and starts consider ASPX as HTML family language
