Is there any way to implement the holding of "Alt+Shift" and using the arrow keys for column selection? Such mode is present in "programmers notepad" and I find it very useful and I really miss it in PSPad.
Also the highlighting of all strings matching a selected text in the current doc. would be nice.
I haven't tried the v5 yet so sorry if those are already implemented.

How to select column block:
- Alt + mouse, if this option is enabled in program settings / Editor 1
- Select column block mode (Shift+Ctrl+C) and select block with Shift + arrows
- Select Column block mode (Shift+Ctrl+C), go to start, pres F8, move to end and press F8

Yes, I am familiar with those. So none of the ones I mentioned are present. The "Select column block mode (Shift+Ctrl+C) and select block with Shift + arrows" is similar but why do we need a special mode instead of holding "Shift+Alt" down + arrows?

I understand, but you can simple press Ctrl+Alt+C (switch to column mode) and then select column with arrows.

Ctrl+Alt+N

I tried this combination, but it didn't work in my version (v5.0.1 (312)).
I noticed something like this (parogram settings> Key Map).
Ctrl + Shift + C = Column select
Ctrl + Shift + L = Line select
Ctrl + Shift + N = Normal select
However, because there are 2 assignments to the normal selection combination, I was opening a new tab to the press.
I erased the other assignment and it's working now.
thank you so much
best regards
