Is there a way to open a new window (/instance) when you open a file from the recent file list, instead of just replacing the current window content?

PSPad doesn't replace current window content, but open new tab when you open file from recent. The exception is the file is already open.

Me think, the user wants to get a brand new
PSPad "Window" instance with the recent file,
when he open a file from the recent file list
on the current running PSPad,
instead of open that file in the current PSPad.
Something like implementing "Shift+click" on recent file to launch new PSPad instance.

Exactly, no hidden windows, no tabs, just one window for one file.
