how to relink and reset PSPad to newer Top Style

why is simple information as to relink PSPAD to newer version of Top Style difficult to find? does anybody know to relink to newer version?

New version of TopStyle doesn't support external applications. The old version was eble to work as COM object, can be called and simple handled by another application.
They remove this possibility in time when TopStyle was sold.

If you have some advices or "howto", I will be glad to update it for other users. Personally I am not web designer, so my web-like knowledges depends of users.

Just meant as an info: Maybe Top Style is a nice toy for beginners. Experienced developers don't need this. And furthermore it's more fun to learn and play with CSS directly in the browsers devtools (F12). (I prefer firefox.)
