Hello,
Why file tab name variable(File Tab caption format) 'n' is only increment upto 10 ?

Cause first 10 tabs are available with quick access as Alt+num
You can remove numbering from tab in program settings / Program 1
There is a Tab format string

Just suggestion !
Is there any possibility to have close button on File Tab ? (Like other editors)

Close button extends File tab width.
You can close file tab with middle mouse button, Shift+Click, DblClick
Is't more comfotable than point to small cross on the tab.
