What does mean "simulate table"?

You could maybe use the script "Align Column".
You use e.g. a pipe as a delimiter between 'cells' and then align by pipe

Esgrimidor:a Table in pspad
PSPad is a plain text editor. It doesn't support 'graphics' in the text. So if you talk about a table of text I assume you mean that text pieces are organized in rows and columns.
If that is the case, then my suggestion above is still valid.

It already is within PSPad. It is a script that comes with it as a standard. It is in the Script Menu. If you do not see this menu you will have to activate internal script support in the program settings
