#1 How to turn off autocomplete?

How do I turn off autocomplete? I'm writing a Perl program and this box full of words keeps popping up when I'm typing a command. I couldn't find this info in the help file either even though I found 2 entries for variations of "auto complete", which took me to 2 different help pages.

Thanks.

Hi!

It's autocompleting HUGE chunks of text I must then delete even though I have autocomplete set to zero.

I type "if" and I get this:

IF [NOT] EXIST filename (command) [parameters]
IF [NOT] (string1)==(string2) (command) [parameters]
IF [NOT] ERRORLEVEL (number) (command) [parameters]
Rem Allows for conditional operations in batch processing.

Hello

It looks like you change run clip command shortcut from shift+space to space only or you used to write shift+space instead of space.
Open program settings / keymap and remove shortcut for run clip
