Hi,
thanks for this excellent tool. I have only one problem. It's impossible to uncheck the "only one instance of program" in the config window. When I reopen the config window the checkbox is newly checked. My system is windows 8.1 64 bit.

Some options are stored in INI in PSPad folder. They are marked as administration right are required.
Run PSPad as administrator and you will be able to change this option or another marked one

Years later (PsPad 503)
Run as administrator ungreys many other settings, but Only One Program Instance is still greyed out. What then?

Oh, and I have virgin PsPad install other than via Settings menu.

Hello
In the 5.0.3 version was a bug in settings dialog. This bug was fixed in the 5.0.4 version (available in the developer forum).
Another possibility is edit PSPad_MU.ini file, placed in the PSpad folder manually.
MultiInstanc=0
change to:
MultiInstanc=1
