I did the following and I'm still getting these errors:

This archive contains modified files only. The correct way how to get full functionality:
1. Download and install latest full version first!
2. Replace existing files with content of archive

Access violation at address ...

Is anyone else still having issues? PSPad won't even let me close the program, I have to shut down and restart.

Do you use 64b or 32b version?
Delete pscache5.bin file in the %appdata%\pspad folder
Check if recent.ini file (same location) isn't corrupted

Yes, same problem here. The only way out is to kill pspad through the task manager. Deleting pspad and reinstalling does not help.

One question is enough. Please your PSPad version and build?
Do you use current developer 32b build?
