Usability

Many times I added text to the begin/end of lines and also I added numbers. To do so I needed to open two times "Insert Text into Lines..." mask

IMHO, if you add the button "Apply" you don't need to press the "OK" button and then open again the mask to complete your work.
What I'm trying to say is that you click "Apply" first time and then click it again when you have modified your lines modification task.
