Hi,
I don't know if PSPad already has this feature, but it would be very cool if I select any word/group of characters (e.g. I double-click a variable in code) and PSPad automatically highlights all occurrences of that selection.
For example Codiad does this and it is quite handy.
A plus would be if I could see the number of occurrences in the status bar.

That is awfully complicated.
Atmel Studio has this feature as well. It even has another improvement:
I double-click a variable/function name. All occurrences get highlighted automatically. I can edit the code and the highlighting stays until I double-click the next group of characters!
That is really simple and improves clarity big time.

Any news on this?

I would also greatly appreciate if this feature would be implemented. Notepad++ does have it for example and currently this is the only thing that's keeping me from entirely switching to PSPad.
