Ctrl W wrap lines makes nothing

Hello,
I'm using vers. 4.6.2 and, I don't know why, the wrapping of lines text don't work anymore.
Where is the issue ?

Are you sure Ctrl+W is assigned to Wrap lines?
When do you use menu View/Wrap line, do you see Ctrl+W shortcut? Calling WordWrap from menu doesn't work either?

Another issue - you set wordwrap with right edge (vertical line) and the line is set "somewhere", e.g. on the position 1000 or zero. Check it in the Program settings / Editor 2.
