Last year there was a post saying Auto complete (ctrl+j) was now case sensitive.
I have not yet been able to get this to work and still only get uppercase characters if the correct case has not been used.
I have updated my install today to build 2449 to ensure this was not the problem. See forum.pspad.com

Autocomplete comntent comes from 2 sources:
1. [keywords] section from the clip file definition
2. from the source you are editing.
If there is word HELLO and Hello, autocomplete will offer you both forms.

Case sensitive autocomplete seems to be gone (in v4.6.1 build 2716) and I haven't found any setting to re-enable it. Forcing case-insensitive snippets is exceedingly frustrating when coding in case-sensitive languages. Am I missing something?

I will check it.

In the new build case sensitive/insensitive autocompletion list will depends of highlighter settings.
Autocomplete will be case sensitive for languages set as case sensitive only.

That's a much better default, but I'd still rather have the choice to have case-sensitive at all times. Comments/documentation within code can still have collisions, and case-insensitive languages won't actually break if you choose the less preferable variation of,SOMEVARIABLE
andsomeVariable
.

It can be made by options.
There will be possibilities:
as default - language dependent
mode - always case insensitive
mode - always case sensitive
