print of selected lines with the number found in the file

Hi,
- When a selection is done, is it possible to preview the result of the print, and not all the file?
- When a selection is done, is it possible to print the line number found in the file?
Example: A file has 4 lines.
Line 1
Line 2
Line 3
Line 4

The selected lines are Line 3 and 4.
Instead of the following result,
1 Line 3
2 Line 4
I hope to see the following result:
3 Line 3
4 Line 4

No. In the print dialog is decision what do you want to print - whole file / pages / selection. In the print preview I don't know yet what user wants to print.

Thanks for your reply to the first part of the message.
If this function would be implemented, the dialog should take into account the information : all file or some pages or the selection.
What about of the second part of the message, the lines numbers in the print?
