What's the latest full version? Is it 4.6.2 (2750)?

I tried to download 4.6.2 (2750) and replace with 5.0.0 (136) but got some error when open program and the language is not in English as default.

Developer build package contains subvolders. Maybe you unpacked all into one folder...

Thanks for promptly response. Yes, I am familiar with updating the develop build. I also tried to only replace with the Pspad.exe but got the same incorrect result. I also tried to download 5.0.0 (136) from two servers but it's the same.
Maybe I miss something. So just want to confirm the latest full version is 4.6.2 (2750) because I expect there is a 5.0.0 full version official release.

the expected full version as a base for version-5 betas is indeed 4.6.2 (2750) from the download page
www.pspad.com
or currently:
www.fosshub.com

The content of the beta-versions from archive files:
www.fosshub.com
should be copied to the folder with that full version, while overwriting the files with same names and keeping the directory structure.
(Some files, which are specific for the version-5, have different paths there, e.g. "Language" (instead of "Lang" in the previous versions).

If you are still seeing errors on startup, after a usual update as mentioned, there might be some other circumstances (Maybe permissions for the program folder, some antivirus interference or others...)
