Andreas:mce:In this latest version 2529, whenever I open PSpad, the Toolbars Control, HTML and Macro appear on the second line, even though I move them around and put them all on first line.Same problem here.
Post #7 should fix your problem.
Or download full 4.5.9 setup from mirror site. It should be up already. And without bundled software - clear installer
