As I understand, you select some text in editor.
Then you will call print preview and you see whole text.
But if you open Print dialog from preview, there is option All and Selection (bottom left corner) and Selection is choosed.

I would like to see in Print Preview as it will print the text selection ...

In print preview you can decide, if you want to print slection or not. If only Selection will be in print preview, you would lost this possibility.

sad smiley ok, thank,

another little thing....
if you open a text file which has lines longer than 1024 characters, and move the horizontal scroll bar at the end of all his race, the text is not positioned at the end of the line, but the 1024-th character

Sure. The part from the image has only two problems:
1. missing keywords BASED, ALLOCATE and LOCAL-STORAGE
2. local-var is in grey/blue (don't know why but there is surely a reason), while loc2 isn't.

The other points occur either in code-explorer or are explained where they occur. If useful, I can do some additional explanations like I did with the image you showed us.

human

1. fixed
2. Loc2 doesn't start in same column as other variables

Not sure if "2. loc doesn't start in the same column" is fixed, too: var-names (in fixed format, which is used by PSPad) can start from column 11 and can end in column 72 (OK, they must be shorter than 32 chars, but this is nothing an editor has to care about).

BTW: do you think it is possible to have two COBOL syntax (fixed and free format)? They are nearly identical, despite of no areas in fixed and therefore no special meanings in column 7.
In both formats
- comment can start with *> (anywhere in the source) [in fixed format additional to * in column 7]
- compiler directives start with >>

#60 Re: PSPad unicode 4.5.5 (2395) English -> toolbar height not correct

Posted by: zhong_qiyao | Date: 2011-01-11 01:57 | IP: IP Logged

pspad:
pspad.cincura.net

Fixes
toolbar - fixed problem with nondefault font size after start

This problem still happens in 4.5.5 beta 2408:
pspad.cincura.net

If you use the following Windows XP Settings:

1. Display -> Setup -> Appearance -> Classic Style.

2. Display -> Setup -> Advanced -> Large Fonts.

Then although all toolbars are collected at the top, individual heights and overall height (top of editor panel) are incorrect.

Using Windows XP Theme, the behavour is correct.

In PSPad 4.5.2, the above are all correct.

Thanks.
