tscaffidi:
if you open a text file which has lines longer than 1024 characters, and move the horizontal scroll bar at the end of all his race, the text is not positioned at the end of the line, but the 1024-th character
bye
Tonino

I can confirm it, expanding with the thing, that even longer this line is, PSPad needs even more and more time to open. And then, it is even more complicated to edit this file... After any action i do(pressing key, clicking in line, scrolling), need to wait 5-10 seconds (or even more) until this is done (search, replace even worst).
You could see that with file size above 1Mb (above 2Mb it is surly difficult to work with). If the content is not in 1 line, PSPad could work with it quite good.

I tried several PSPad settings, but this is always the same problem...

Would it be possible to fix?

Thanks!
P.

I'm using a GNU C++ compiler in combination with pspad.
After an error report, pspad opens the file with the error once again, even if the file is already open.

It's not exactly clear to me what you mean. But next you find the error log:

Version 2405 also contains this glitch.
