Hi Jan,

It seemed like a bug and it turns out to be a feature!

Thanks for explanation.

Thank you for all your hard work. I found a possible bug in versions 4.5.4 and development build 4.5.5 (2386). When working on a local file, if you open an FTP connection and then save that local file to ftp (Shift+Ctrl+S) PSPad treats that file like a file that was originally opened via FTP changing the path of the file in the title bar to the ftp path, adds the remote file symbol to the file's tab, etc. saving the file using the normal save (Ctrl+S) appears to save to both local and remote. When closing and reopening PSPad any files in the previous session that were saved to ftp are not automatically re-opend.

You need to clarify which behaviour you believe to be the bug. Treating the file as remote once you save to FTP makes sense and was requested.

I guess to me the treating the file as a remote file was the bug. I didn't see this requested so if its now a feature. Assuming that saving does in fact save to the server and locally then its not a big deal. To me personally, it disrupts my work flow (particularly the part where the files don't re-open on launch). If its possible to make this behavior an option in Program Settings than that would be ideal.

How to avoid this message?

---------------------------
Warnung
---------------------------
File content change check - file not found! Deleted?

D:\proALPHA\LDemo\Temp\EchtData\sdproto.d
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

I don't need that, because most times I know what I have been done...
If then I try to open another file (mostly per other App or Drag&Drop), this message blocks PsPad and it don't open that File.

Better for me:
Delete the Tabs of deleted files automatically.

Please help!

OK, one more thing:
the Fileextensionfilter seems not to be saved with the Project. sad smiley
It should be anywhere in the Projectfile, because once I defined it, the Synronizing with Filesystemcontent should know this, without choosing this again.

For help thanks in advance.
