Registration is necessary

Because in the last time was several reports to SpamCop from forum users, and this make a problem to my webhosting, I am forced to change forum rules.

From now registered users only can write in this forum.
Registration requests are manually confirmed. I check each mail address on the net and if I found it was used by spammer on any forum, I will refuse registration request.

Spammer are immediately banned without any warning in this forum.
