Maybe you can try phreplace (a script addon for PSPad allowing multiline replacements).

I can confirm Find/Replace problems. I am experiencing this long time ago, not only the last releases. I had to use different editor for this task, which is awkward.
Fix would be much appreciated.
Keep up the good work.

Search/Replace on 'Selection' doesn't use the whole selection.
- It doesn't replace in the last selected line
- It doesn't replace after column ~110

Ozone,

Refer to the earlier post in this forum.pspad.com thread!

I think you're saying the same thing!

Same problem here with find/replace.
I'm using PSPad 4.5.3 (2250) and it's a pity when every time after finding/replacing something in a document I have to reopen it. sad smiley

Hi,

I've found a workaround. If you select until the second lines leftmost column then the find/replace work until the end of the first line.

I think that UltraEdit had a similar problem before. Because, when you select a line (with clicking over the line number) it selects the line until the beginning of the line below.

Same solution could be applied to pspad I think...

var tag_infos = "$TLM_ITEM_STATIC0$"; // Informations diverses
var tag_test = "$TLM_ITEM_STATIC1$"; //
var tag_refnom = "$TLM_ITEM_STATIC2$"; //

I use selection by columns (block)
I select from "infos"/"test"/"refnom" to the "=" (note: I have tabs between the variable and the =)
I use CTRL+ALT+U to upper-case
PSPad eats randomly the text right from selection :

var tag_INFOS = "$TLM_ITEM_STATIC0$"; // Informations diverses
var tag_TEST EM_STATIC1$"; //
var tag_REFNOM = "$TLM_ITEM_STATIC2$"; //

#29 Color picker

Please do not remove the old color picker. It is better than the latest version of pspad.

Another thing, when you copy and paste into pspad, it seems that it does not automatically refresh/render that you need to select the whole area where you pasted.

Moreover, why is it that we need to click on synchronize on the code explorer in order that we will be send to the correct line where a function resides?

Just downloaded the 4.5.3.

I have a blank toolbar among the other toolbars. I have tried "hiding" each toolbar one at a time but none hides this blank toolbar.

I can live with it but I thought I would let you know.

Nice look and feel! Very smooth and clean. winking smiley
