Hi Jan,
found an old bug in this version: when dragging a image named like "button_top.gif" PSPad inserts "button%5Ftop.gif" instead. You fixed this bug some times ago.
There is a problem with the HTML parser too, it can't parse ul - li - ul -li structures correct.
Example:
<ul id="mainmenu">
<li id="mainmenu_item">
<ul id="submenu">
<li id="submenu_item"></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li id="mainmenu_item">
<ul id="submenu">
<li id="submenu_item"></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li id="mainmenu_item">
<ul id="submenu">
<li id="submenu_item"></li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
or take a look at the dropdown menu of www.humboldttoursberlin.de .
This week i have a hard job about editing a great handwritten site because PSPad did not have a extended replace (replacing complete code blocks) like HomeSite has:
web.bentley.edu
What I'm always looking too is SFTP support ;)
Anyway PSPad is my favorite any time!

Jume:do not misunderstand it, LEFT ALT KEY is simply ALT, while RIGHT ALT KEY (ALT GR) is not, ALT GR is the same as pressing CTRL+ALT, maybe your problems comes from there
I am pressing Alt+S (for example), and this calls a function assigned to CTRL+ALT+S.
I know I can write diacrytical marks also by pressing CTRL+ALT+letter, but I am writing them only using ALT key.
I think default key map should depend on chosen translation. It would correct also problems with translated menu bar hot keys and global hot keys.

Left ALT = ALT
Right ALT (ALTGR) = Ctrl+Alt
Why ? Ask the Microsoft support. I am not author of the operating system.

pspad:Left ALT = ALT
Right ALT (ALTGR) = Ctrl+Alt
That's right, I forgot about this when I was reconfiguring program.
The next question is why do you use "Alt+" and "CTRL+ALT" shortcuts? I've been looking through other editors and almost no editor use "ALT+letter" combinations. It only cause problems.
Why not "CTRL+", "CTRL+Shift", "CTRL+SHIFT+ALT", "ALT+F3" and so on?
Year ago, when I first time installed PSPad, I unistalled it quickly when I noticed I can't use diacrytical marks.

I often use ALT shorcuts. If these shortcuts aren't OK for you, just configure other keys, PSPAD is extremly configurable.

Interestingly, I have noted some strange behavior from this version regarding the ALT shortcuts. It seems that my bookmark shortcuts (Alt-Left, Alt-Right, Alt-Up, Alt-Down) have stopped working.

I've got the same probleme.
But it seems to happen only when I open PsPad without editing any files at startup (with project or not). Strange

and here also those 4, 2 times already
first time everything went ok after reverting to default keymapping (maybe a imcompatibility between versions, dunno), a bit hmpf cause i had my own hotkeys for some things which i needed to reconfigure
the second time was with this last beta, but after a pspad restart it dissapeared (no needed to revert to default keys)
no clue about why, but it seems that in every case, default keys and/or pspad restart should work
