PSPad context menu handler

First version of the PSPad context menu handler is ready.
I hope it remove problems type start PSPad with several files selected via context menu.
Now there are 3 fixed menu items:
- PSPad
- PSPad Hex
- PSPad TextDiff

PSPad context menu handler (55kB)

Register PSPad context menu handler:
regsvr32 pspadshell.dll

Unregister PSPad context menu handler:
regsvr32 pspadshell.dll /u

Note. If you register it e.g. from Total commander, DLL is locked up to you close TC (you can unregister it, but can't delete it).
