I say .zip and .cab are probably the files most Windows users can open, so use whichever is easiest for you to make and use in your setup program. But if you use 7Zip that's cool too.

.CAB files works for me, don't see any reason to change.

Thanks for all the great work with this app. Your efforts are very much appreciated.

Leif.

Bug found in scrolling!

Open an Text file with long paragraphs. Aktivate the word wrap function. The mouse wheel will only scroll to the not wrapped limits of the document, but the wrapped document doesn't reached his end!!

Greetings ShiLong

Thx Jan for the new beta. You keep to amaze me.

As to 7Z vs CAB: I'd stick with what works.

I prefer 7zip, it is one of the best Free & Open Source Software with high compression ratio, support both Windows and Linux (but PSPad not run in Linux :( )

Hi, Jan.

Just wonderring if it is possible to use smth like crossed red circle sign icon on the tabs for r/o files? Also it would be nice to have sound notification, when trying to modify such a file (I often type or paste smth in such files and it is always surprising that nothing can be entered ;) ).

This is first version after pspad450b2153, that i started to use (others had a lot of minor bugs), by the way ;) Good work anyway!

Best regards.
