In the VBScript sample you demonstrate the new function printFile. What is the Boolean value you pass to it used for?

Do you have set Russian in Control panel / Regional settings ?

Thank you Jan!
If I set russian in "Standarts and Formats" under "Regional Options" then is OK!
But it means that currency, date, time will be russian too. It's not good for people who located somewhere else. (like me)
It would be nice to have some option in ini file or registry where I can set my lang.
thanks!

ANSI works with actual charset, used in Windows.
If you want to mix charsets, you must use sm unicode ready charset - UTF-8, Unicode.
